We know what works to make sure that your home is marketed well and to a large number of the right people.

We know the best time to launch your home onto the market.
4. Proactive People
We utilise several methods, including SMS and email marketing, to make sure your property is seen by as many potential buyers as possible .
5. Potential Buyers
We use video and 3D tours to showcase your home which is a really effective selling tool as it attracts serious buyers and filters out timewasters.
Our team reviews the data on your home to check that it is attracting the right level of interest.
We proactively obtain feedback on your property and use it to give your home the best chance to sell.
8. Keeping You Informed
We will communicate regularly with you to keep you informed and updated, using your preferred contact method.
9. Saying Yes or No
We use our honed negotiating skills to get you a price that your delighted with.
We can put you in touch with local trustworthy solicitors that we’ve worked with over the years and have great relationships with.
11. Nearly at the Final Hurdle
Unfortunately 30% of sales collapse at this late stage which is why we’ll do everything within our power to make sure everything progresses as it should.
The best bit of this process (and our jobs) is when we get to phone our clients and tell them that their house has successfully sold. There’s nothing better than a completion and happy clients.
